Imperative urge to urinate

Pollakiuria

Nocturia

Urge incontinence

The urge to urinate cannot be suppressed and is urgent.

The urge to urinate occurs more than 8 times a day

The urge to urinate occurs at least once a night

The urge to urinate cannot be suppressed and urine leakage occurs

This simple therapy was designed in close collaboration with urologists and specialists in overactive bladder. Additionally, patient experiences were also taken into account during its development.

The medical device Tensi + uses the technique of transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) to stimulate the tibial nerve (nervus tibialis posterior). The effectiveness of the TENS technique after three months of treatment has been clinically proven, with initial effects sometimes appearing as early as six weeks.

The assessment of whether this treatment is suitable for you is carried out by your doctor.l who, after performing the necessary examinations and tests, may recommend the use of Tensi + in the appropriate case.

You can consult your urologist, gynecologist, rehabilitation physician, or general practitioner to discuss your symptoms with them.

Daily Use of Tensi +

How does the TENS technique used for treating overactive bladder work?

Tensi + is applied to the inner side of the ankle and used daily for 20 minutes over a period of 12 weeks or longer, depending on your doctor’s recommendation. In the following weeks, you will continue to use Tensi + to maintain the effects of improved bladder control.

Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation, better known as TENS, involves transmitting electrical impulses through electrodes placed on the skin near an innervated area to influence nerve transmission. With Tensi +, this stimulation occurs on the tibial nerve (nervus tibialis posterior) located on the inner side of the ankle.
