Kim is a tension-free sling, the only 100% macro-porous, macro-rigid and micro-elastic sling.
The sling is placed under the urethra to limit its descent and prevent urine leakage, where the tension of the sling is defined by the tension given in the operating room and the fibrosis that will be created around it when it is integrated into the tissue.
